Deliver strategic SEO projects while managing processes critical to the success of the SEO group as the next sought-after Senior Director of Operations at a growing global provider of search engine marketing solutions. SEO projects will include content gap analysis, keyword research, teardown of competitor sites, and more. respecting the measures of success. You will be responsible for daily operations, setting/managing expectations, implementing guidelines, supporting and mentoring team members. You will also contribute to the implementation and management of research success. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the SEO industry with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster tools, CRM software and other tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Jira, Confluence and HTML. You should also possess knowledge of on-site and off-site optimization best practices to support the company’s overall SEO strategy with in-depth knowledge of outreach.

Functions:

• Build, plan and implement the global search strategy.
• Manage the implementation of the strategy.
• You will have 3 global research managers reporting to you. Each with their teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Measure ROI and KPIs.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Research the competition, study benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Report and communicate strategies, progress and results in sync with agreed KPIs.
• Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to constantly improve campaign performance.
• Partner with stakeholders based in Canada, Spain and the UK to ensure all parties are aligned on everything.
• Nurture, mentor and develop SEO talent.
• Help develop new SEO capabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Terms:

• · 10 years of experience in the SEO industry with hands-on experience in SEO software, Google Analytics and CRM.
• In-depth knowledge of Search Marketing (SEO) trends.
• Good knowledge and experience of online marketing tools and best practices
• Basic knowledge of web procedures.
• Solid management experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO processes.
• Expert in Google Webmaster tools, Google Analytics and other tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Jira, Confluence and HTML.
• In-depth knowledge of outreach.
• Experience in the iGaming industry would be a plus.
