RANAR Screen Printing Equipment, Inc., a manufacturer of high performance screen printing equipment, will relocate from California to Union, Missouri.
The company will add a 23,000 square foot facility used for warehousing, manufacturing, and research and development, while investing in new machinery and equipment. Operations are scheduled for the end of 2022.
“The manufacturing facilities have been leaving Missouri for years,” said RANAR Vice President Jeremy Bright. “We are proud to help reverse this trend by increasing manufacturing jobs in Missouri and the United States in general.”
RANAR used the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps businesses grow and retain workers by giving them access to capital through payroll deductions or job creation tax credits. The company participates in Rural Works, which requires the creation of at least two jobs and a capital investment of at least $100,000.
“The move of RANAR Screen Printing Equipment to Union is great news for our state,” Governor Mike Parson said. “Attracting new employers to our state while helping to ensure the continued growth of existing businesses and communities is important. We welcome this business to Missouri and look forward to seeing it succeed. »
Ranar designs and manufactures low cost, quality screen printing equipment for the t-shirt and textile markets. The company also manufactures equipment for the graphic and advertising specialty and pad printing markets.
“We are proud to help bring quality jobs and businesses like RANAR to Missouri,” said Mark Birk, President and President of Ameren Missouri. “This is another example of how Ameren Missouri’s Smart Energy Plan is supporting economic development and fueling growth in the region.
